Imagine - you come back to your car to find a parking ticket on your windshield. Immediately, depression and self-blame set in. Yet when you open the envelope to assess the damages - Hark! - an angel has come to help you reclaim your emotions! An original work of art lay in tandem with the ticket! You are being taken care of!

Through the guerilla placement of art alongside issued parking tickets, PTERP will help restore emotional balance to New York, The World, The Universe.

How do we do this? We hand-write a note (sized to fit into the dreaded orange envelope NYC parking tickets are issued in) and ask artists, kids and regular people just like you to draw, paint, whatever, on the other side. Upon receiving the completed anti-ticket-tickets back, PTERP then goes out into the city, looking for windshields with tickets, and places the art!
